2023 AFCON qualifier: GFA opens media accreditation for Ghana vs Angola clash

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has opened media accreditation for Ghana’s 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Angola on March 23 at Baba Sports Stadium.

According to the GFA, media practitioners who intend to cover the match between the Black Stars of Ghana and the Palancas Negras of Angola are required to submit their applications duly signed by a Manager or an Editor to the Head of Public Relations, National Sports Authority via email: pr@sportsauthority.gov.gh.

Applicants should attach a copy of a passport photograph to the letter and the deadline for submission of applications is Monday, 20th March 2023. Accreditation tags can be picked up on Thursday, March 23rd, 2023 at the Baba Yara Stadium, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

However, applications without passport photographs will not be considered. Media organizations are categorized into three: Television, Radio, and Print/Online portal. Each organization is allowed to nominate one media practitioner.
