Acheampong, Wakaso join Chinese side Shenzhen FC

Ghana duo Frank Acheampong and Mubarak Wakaso have joined Chinese side Shenzhen FC on a four-year deal.

Acheampong, 27, signed after leaving Tianjin Teda at the end of last season.

This will be his fourth year in the Chinese Super League after leaving Anderlecht in 2017.

He has made 78 appearances in the Chinese Super League since his arrival, scoring 30 goals and providing 18 assists.

On the other hand, Wakaso will join the club after leaving fellow Super League side Jiangsu Sunning.

The 30-year-old former Deportivo Alaves midfielder made 19 appearances for Jiangsu last season, helping them to clinch the league title.
