The Ministry of Health has announced that the sale of application forms for admission to health training institutions in Ghana for the 2025/2026 academic year will officially commence on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

The deadline for the sale of the admission forms is Thursday, June 19, 2025.

In a statement, the Ministry of Health highlighted a significant reduction in the cost of application forms, which has decreased from GH₵200.00 to GH₵150.00, representing a 25 per cent reduction.

This adjustment aims to make the process more accessible and affordable for applicants across the country.

The Ministry believes this initiative will alleviate some financial burdens for prospective students and their families, aligning with their broader strategy to enhance enrolment and promote equity in health education nationwide.

The public and all interested applicants are advised to note that only GCB Bank PLC and the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) are authorised to sell the application forms.

Why our leaders are always looking down upon the student nurses. This days teacher’s trainees collect their allowances but training nurse’s allowances hasn’t come what is going on. Far from that look at the fees that they are paying and the sorrow part is how many nurses are in the house waiting for posting?
Infact we are all going to die, no one has power over God.
