Aduana FC are in talks to sign central midfielder Alidu Mohammed from Legon Cities ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The 20-year-old, who is entering the final year of his contract, made 22 appearances and scored two goals for the Royals last season. His consistent displays have earned him a place on Aduana’s shortlist as the club looks to reinforce its midfield.
Sources say Aduana are prepared to offer Mohammed a three-year deal. The club’s technical team is reportedly impressed by his energy, positional intelligence, and ability to influence play at both ends of the pitch.
Mohammed’s box-to-box qualities and passing range have made him one of the more sought-after midfielders in the league, with interest coming from several Premier League sides. However, Aduana appear to be leading the race, with talks expected to advance in the coming days.
