Election 2024: NPP to stage ‘possibilities victory rally’ December 5

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) will hold a grand rally on Thursday, December 5, 2024, to climax its nationwide campaign activities.

The event, themed, “Possibilities Victory Rally” will be held at the UG Sports Directorate Park, opposite the University of Ghana Sports Stadium in Accra.

The National Organiser of the NPP, Henry Nana Boakye, in a statement issued on November 30, 2024, extended an invitation to party members, supporters, and the general public to attend this “historic programme,” which will be broadcast live across all media platforms.

The grand rally will feature key figures from the party, including President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, NPP flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, former President John Agyekum Kufuor, NPP running mate Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, National Chairman Mr. Stephen Ayesu Ntim, and General Secretary Mr. Justin Kodua Frimpong.

At the gathering, the NPP is expected to showcase its achievements over the past eight years and reinforce its vision for Ghana under the leadership of Dr. Bawumia.

Meanwhile, the opposition National Democratic Party(NDC) is also expected to hold its final campaign rally on December 5, 2024.

The party’s flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, is expected to highlight its plans for governance and critique the ruling party’s record for the past years.
