Manchester United and Manchester City are ready to go toe-to-toe in the transfer window for Milan Skriniar and Kalidou Koulibaly – according to The Independent.

City are unlikely to get Skriniar unless they offer Sergio Aguero to Inter as part of any deal, and have now identified Napoli centre-back Koulibaly as their priority target.
