The Ghana Education Service(GES) has interdicted the Headmaster of Fijai Senior High School with immediate effect over the collection of illegal fees in the school.
According to a statement issued by GES on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, Mr. Kenneth Agbomadze has been directed to hand over the administration of the school to the Western Regional Director of Education.
“Management of Ghana Education Service(GES) has interdicted Mr. Kenneth Agbomodze, Headmaster of Fijai Senior High School with immediate effect, pending further investigation into an alleged collection of illegal fees in the school,” the statement said.
Meanwhile, GES said a committee has been set up to investigate the matter.
“The investigative committee has been given two weeks to submit its report to Management,” the statement added.
