Former Hearts of Oak coach Papic joins PSL side Black Leopards

Former Hearts of Oak coach, Kosta Papic, has rejoined South African side Black Leopards as new technical manager.

The Serbian left Accra Hearts of Oak after just 78 days in charge citing among other reasons, interference by certain board members for his departure.

Having returned to the Phobians for a second spell, it was expected he will turn the fortunes of the club following a good start to his second spell.

However, the 60-year -old shockingly resigned less than three months in charge of the Phobians.

Premier Soccer League side announced Papic’s return on Thursday after just 24 hours after leaving Ghana.

Papic was unveiled by the Premier Soccer League side on Thursday.

This will be Papic’s second stint with the Leopards, after a previous spell with the club in 2013.

The team currently lies 16th on the Premier Soccer League log.

The Serbian has a wealth of experience working in the Premier Soccer League in South Africa, managing the likes of Orlando Pirates, Maritzburg United, and Kaizer Chiefs in past seasons.
