Guardiola includes Ghanaian youngster in Man City squad to face PSG

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has included Ghanaian youngster Kwaku Oduroh in his squad to face Paris Saint Germain in the UEFA Champions League semi-final on Wednesday. 

Oduroh who is the captain of the club’s U-18 side has gained promotion to train with the senior team following a series of impressive performances this season.

The 18-year-old is a versatile defender who plays at the right-back, and can also be useful at left-back and centre-back when called upon.

The Ghanaian-born youngster who is also eligible to play for England has made 19 appearances for the youth team and registered two assists this season.

His teammate from the youth side, Alpha Dionkou, was also called up to the side.

The newly-crowned Carabao Cup winners are preparing for the semi-final’s first leg clash against the French Champions.
