A woman at Agona Peterkwa, a suburb of Swedro in the Agona East district of the Central region has mysteriously given birth to a baby with three heads.
The physical appearance of the baby who has been considered a spirit child amazed family members and residents of the community.
The two weeks old baby has other parts of his body including eyes and nose also malformed hence a possible impaired vision.
The Ghana Report gathers that the baby was actually delivered in a taxi when the mother was being transported to a nearby health facility.
Speculation on Circumstances surrounding the birth of the child has dominated discussions, making many people in the area troop to the couple’s home to catch a glimpse of the child.
Some Neighbors in a secret interview with theghanareport.com say the jobless mother of the newly born baby, Patience Oklo did not go for antenatal prior to the birth of her baby.
Speaking with theghanareport.com father of the baby, Kwame Ainoo said doctors have recommended a scan be done to analyse the baby’s rare condition. However, Kwame says they are unable to afford the GHc600 cost for diagnosis.
Kwame Ainoo, a labourer by profession further indicated his family has not been able to organize a naming ceremony for the child because they must ensure that all defects on his body are corrected.
