Jackie Appiah gets restraining order against male fan
Actress Jackie Appiah has revealed she has obtained a restraining order against a male fan who has been stalking her for seven months.
The obsessive fan relocated to Accra from Kumasi in anticipation that he will finally meet his idol.
“This went on for months, guys, stalking is unacceptable behavior. A restraining order has been issued against him.” Jackie wrote.
He finally met the actress and proposed marriage.
In a video circulating on social media, the obsessive admirer presented an artwork of the actress while professing his love.
“I just came here from Kumasi to come and stay in Accra, I have been following her for seven months, I just want to see her,” he said.
The actress appeared taken aback by the proposal.
“I have always wanted to meet her but now I feel shy” he said awkwardly.
The artwork got social media talking. It has been quickly branded ugly.
