Kamaldeen Sulemana resumes Stade Rennais training after long injury lay-off

Ghanaian forward, Kamaldeen Sulemana has returned to training after a long injury lay-off.

The 19-year-old winger picked up the injury two weeks before Ghana’s crucial 2022 World Cup play-off match against Nigeria and missed the double-header as the Black Stars booked a ticket to Qatar.

His return is too soon for the away game against Nantes on Wednesday but is in contention to make a return on Saturday when they take on Marseille.

Sulemana has played 20 games for Rennais in Ligue 1 season, scoring four goals since joining from Danish side FC Nordsjaelland last summer.
