Hearst of Oak held a training session for the first time at the Pobiman Sports Complex yesterday evening.

Earlier on Tuesday, the club through an official statement announced that it plans to use the facility before its official commissioning later.

“Hearts of Oak will officially hold its first training session at the Pobiman sports complex today. The pitch at the facility is ready for usage hence the decision to shift our training venue from St. Thomas Aquinas school Park to Pobiman.

“This year, the Phobians plan to use the facility as a training camp where all of our training sessions and other team activities will be held whilst we wait patiently for the official commissioning of the edifice,” a Hearts of Oak statement said.

This evening, photos posted on the social media of Hearts of Oak picture the team undergoing the first ever training session at the Pobiman Sports Complex.

Coach Samuel Boadu and his team will use the facility throughout this week to prepare for the Super Clash against Asante Kotoko on Sunday, September 25.
