The Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, has praised MTN Ghana for its pivotal role in supporting Ashantifest, a cultural festival aimed at showcasing the heritage and creative potential of Asanteman.

Speaking at the Ashanti Konnect Concert, a flagship event of the festival, Dr. Amoakohene commended the telecommunications giant for standing out among the festival’s corporate sponsors.

“The success of this evening’s event is largely due to the generosity and commitment of MTN Ghana. They have been instrumental in bringing this vision to life,” he told a cheering crowd at Kumasi’s Rattray Park.

The concert, which drew thousands of music lovers, featured performances by some of Ghana’s top artistes including Okyeame Kwame, Strongman Burner, Brother Sammy, Jack Alolome, the Tagoe Sisters, Beeztrap, and others.
