Swedish Chicken Salad

The piquant salad is a specialty of the cold table. It can be served also as a luncheon entree.


3 cups of diced cooked cold chicken.

Half cup mayonnaise.
One-fourth cup of sour cream.

2 to 3 teaspoons of curry powder.

Salt, and pepper to taste.

Lettuce leaves.


Wedges of hard-cooked eggs, capers, olive slices, finely chopped dill pickle.

Combine the chicken with the mayonnaise, sour cream, and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon onto lettuce leaves on a platter and serve decorated with the garnishes.
