DCI Microfinance launches customer delight programme to mark 9th anniversary

DCI Microfinance Limited has launched a Customer Delight Pledge to re-emphasize its commitment to its customers.

The five-point pledge, according to its  Head of Corporate Affairs, Elizabeth Dorcas Adade, is a promise to create a memorable experience for the firm’s existing and potential customers.

She said the Customer Delight Pledge was one of the many initiatives taken to reinforce the culture of excellence among its staff members “in dedicating themselves to delighting customers at all levels within the institution”.

Regurgitating the five-point pledge, Dorcas Adade said; “We pledge to put our customers first, understanding that they deserve the highest quality of service and nothing less; We pledge to offer prompt, reliable, and personalized solutions to our customers; We pledge to smile and have a positive attitude at all times; We pledge to treat everyone in an open, fair, honest, and equal manner; and
We pledge to go miles beyond the extra for you”.
