Fidelity chalks milestone in digitisation
More than 80% of customer transactions recorded in 2020 by the Fidelity Bank Ghana, the largest privately-owned Ghanaian Bank, took place via its various digital channels.
This industry-first initiative, slated to go live later this year, enabled real-time tracking of cross-border payments and provides end-to-end traceability to ensure accuracy in ascertaining the status of remittances.
Mr. Opuni also enumerated several philanthropic donations to medical facilities and educational institutions across the country.
The Bank during the year under review was recognised by both local and international awarding institutions.
It has more than 4,000 Agents across the country.
