Head Of Transport At Presidency Dismissed

Head of Transport at the Presidency, Nana Oppong, has reportedly been sacked.

Reasons for his dismissal are sketchy, but he is alleged to have been involved in some malfeasance.

Sources close to the presidency have confirmed his dismissal and the tendency of his action to dent the image of the presidency, the Daily Guide Newspaper has reported.

Nana Oppong is a staunch supporter and member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region.

He was appointed in 2016 to head the transport department at the Jubilee House because of his years of in-depth knowledge as a spare parts dealer at Suame Magazine.
