Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamale Central and former Minister for Roads and Highways, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini, has revealed his next step in life as far as quitting Parliament in 2020 is concerned.

He said he has already taken a decision on how to move on in life and have decided to move to his chamber and concentrate on legal matters as a trained lawyer.

“I am going to my chamber to do my legal issues as a lawyer. Maybe a non-governmental organisation will spot me and seek my support and so it is important to take a decision on how my life should move on. I am done with Parliament. I need to explore other equally important things too,” he told Accra based Okay FM, monitored by Adomonline.com.

Alhaji Fuseini will not stand for re-election in 2020, after serving his constituents for 12 years.

Mr Fuseini, who is one of the vocal members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Parliament, became an MP through a by-election in 2006 after the then incumbent, Wayo Seini defected from the NDC to the New Patriotic Party.

He successfully held his seat in 2008 with 66% of the votes cast and retained the seat in 2012 with 61% and in 2016 with 60% of votes cast.
