The Adentan High Court has issued a warrant for the immediate arrest of one Kofi Dankwa Asante-Antwi.
The 46-year-old suspect is wanted by the Airport Police to assist in investigations into an issue of false cheque with a face value of $80,000.
Police say all efforts made to trace him have proved futile.
Authorities believe that the suspect may be hiding in and around Imperial Grove, Cantonments in Accra, or Dodowa New Site.
The police are urging anyone with information about the suspect’s whereabouts to contact the Airport District Police or the nearest police station.
