Omar Sterling and his cousin Rashid Mugeez comprise the music group R2Bees.

The two cousins have been together their whole life, lived in the same house, and attended the same primary, junior and senior secondary school in Tema.

Beginning their career, the two represented their school in rap competitions, which led them to participate in the popular radio competition Kasahara.

They were nominated for the 2013 BET Award.
