Pay your bills promptly to avoid disconnection this Christmas – ECG

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has advised customers to pay their bills promptly to enable them to enjoy electricity this Christmas season.

The ECG made this announcement in a communiqué on its Facebook platform whilst extending its appreciation to the public for patronage throughout the year 2022.

“ECG takes this opportunity to remind all our post-paid customers to pay their bills promptly to enjoy continued electricity supply during the festive season.”

ECG further advised prepaid customers to purchase enough electricity credits for the holiday season.

“Prepaid customers are also advised to purchase enough electricity credits to carry them through the Christmas and New Year seasons.”

The ECG also urged customers to be conscious of their safety and be moderate in their celebrations.
