Trump Campaign Swimming In Cash, As Donations Spike Over Indictment
Since the beginning of this year, Donald Trump collected more than $34 million for his 2024 presidential campaign, with an increase in donations seen after he was indicted on March 30th.
His campaign reported that $15.4 million of the total amount was raised in the two weeks after the charges were filed against him, which demonstrated the unwavering support from Trump’s followers.
Additionally, Trump’s popularity surged significantly in the polls after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg arraigned him on over 30 charges linked to a payment made to former adult film star Stormy Daniels, with the former president pleading not guilty.
