Popular Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah (Lil Win) has been involved in a near-fatal accident at Amakom in Kumasi.
According to eyewitnesses, his branded Mercedes Benz collided with another vehicle.
A video from the scene shows some bystanders carrying the actor from his damaged car to another vehicle.
The other vehicle’s occupant claims the actor veered off his lane into hers while driving at top speed.
Her car also got damaged.
Lil Win is currently on admission at the hospital, receiving treatment for his injuries.
This comes while Lil Win was preparing to premiere his new movie, A Country Called Ghana, in Kumasi on Saturday night, following its first premiere in Accra.
He has been actively promoting the movie over the past few weeks.
