Wendy Shay wades into Fantana’s pad exposure;says it could happen to anybody

RuffTown Records signee, Wendy Shay has jumped to the defense of her label mate Fantana over her pad exposure while performing on stage.

In an interview monitored by The Ghana Report, Wendy Shay said “what happened to Fantana could happen to any woman”

Fantana, RuffTown Records newest signee had a wardrobe malfunction which accidentally exposed her private parts.

The singer wore a short and very racy dress to perform at Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale’s “wonder album” launch but ended up showing her panty and liner.

The 22-year-old singer has come under a lot of backlash after the incident with some people questioning why she didn’t wear any underpants knowing very well her dress was extremely short.

Wendy Shay in her bid to defend her label mate said, Fantana started her menstrual flow few minutes before she went on stage, therefore there was nothing much she could do to change her dress.

“Fantana told me, she had her menses  30 minutes before she went on stage and so she couldn’t done anything to help the situation, I know some people will say, why didn’t she wear underpants if she could get pad but the thing is some of us plan on what we will wear for a particular event months before it starts” she said.
