13th African Games: Black Satellites coach speaks ahead of Gambia clash

Source The Ghana Report

The head coach of Ghana’s U20 national team, Desmond Ofei, expressed confidence in his team’s ability to defeat their Gambian counterparts in the upcoming game of the 13th African Games.

In their first match of the men’s football tournament, the Black Satellites had to settle for a draw against Congo U-20, and the coach lamented the missed chances that could have led to a win.

Coach Desmond Ofei stated that he would stick to the same game plan in the next game and believed that his team had enough quality to score goals against Gambia.

He emphasized that they would not adapt to the opponent but would play their game instead. The next game between Ghana and Gambia is scheduled for March 12 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
