Ghana’s Jordan Ayew and Jeffrey Schlupp shortlisted for Crystal Palace Goal of the Season award
Black Stars duo, Jordan Ayew and Jeffrey Schlupp, have their goals nominated for Crystal Palace FC’s best goal of 2019/20 League season accolade.
The Technical team of the English Premier League side has shortlisted ten(10) classic goals scored by their players this season for the prestigious award.
Winner will be announced by the club after a voting process by the club, which includes the fans.
Black Stars striker Ayew has three of his goals nominated whiles teammate Schlupp’s amazing strike against AFC Bournemouth at home also earned the defender a place on the final list.
Ayew has been phenomenal for the Eagles and to climax it with the best goal prize ahead of teammate Schlupp
With a game to the end of the season, the Ghanaian forward has scored 9 goals and provided 7 assists in 36 appearances this season for Palace.
Ayew has already made history for Ghana, surpassing legend Tony Yeboah to become the highest-scoring Ghanaian in the history of the English Premier League with 25 goals.
