Former Asante Kotoko striker Sadick Adams retires from football at 33 years

Former Ghanaian youth star Sadick Adams has officially announced his retirement from professional football at the age of 33.

Adams took to his Facebook page to share this news with his fans and followers.

During his career, Adams represented a total of 16 clubs.

Some of the notable clubs he played for include Berekum Chelsea, Asante Kotoko, Ashanti Gold, Atlético Madrid B, Vojvodina, Étoile du Sahel, Shabab Bourj, and Arambagh KS, among others.

In his heartfelt announcement, Adams expressed the difficulty of this decision but also emphasized the importance of reflection and gratitude.

He acknowledged the privilege and honor he felt representing each of the clubs he played for.

With a tinge of sadness but no regret, Sadick Adams acknowledged that he could no longer maintain the standard of excellence that professional football demands.

He last played for Arambagh in February 2021 in the Bangladesh Premier League in a round 11 game where he played the full 90 minutes.
