KATH employee sues hospital for advertising his position

The Director of Finance at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in Kumasi, Elvis Kusi, has sued the hospital for advertising his job while he is on leave. 

According to the aggrieved staff, his job title and portfolio have been advertised in the Daily Graphic while he has not been sacked by the country’s second-largest hospital.

Starr FM reports that the Finance Director was asked to proceed on his annual leave in October.

Whiles on leave, Mr. Kusi’s employers published his position, a move he finds worrying.
