Hearts of Oak’s Executive Chairman, Togbe Afede XIV, has entrusted Coach Aboubakar Ouattara with the authority to manage the club’s recruitment.

This decision comes in the context of the club’s history of coaching changes and the desire to improve the team’s performance and competitiveness.

“I am now in charge of Hearts of Oak recruitment. Togbe Afede has given me the power for that,” stated Coach Abubakar Ouatarra, as quoted by ghanasportsnews.com.

He further emphasized his commitment to taking ownership of results by declaring, “I will not accept a situation where a management member brings a player to me and then blames me later for a bad work.”
