Former Ghana striker, Kwesi Appiah has sent a good luck message to the Black Stars ahead of their AFCON group C opener against Morocco on Monday.
The Crawley Town forward was part of Ghana’s Afcon 2015 team that reached the final of the tournament only to lose to Ivory Coast on penalties.
He made five appearances at the tournament scoring a goal and providing an assist and went ahead to win the Samsung Fair Play Player award.
Appiah will be supporting the team from his base in England as the Black Stars chase a fifth AFCON glory.

Injuries plagued his career, affecting a blossoming spell with the senior national team of Ghana.
These days he plays for League Two side Crawley Town after spending a season in the Indian Super League, where he played for NorthEast United FC.
