The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr George Akuffo Dampare, is expected to embark on a working visit to all police stations in the Greater Accra Region.
The tour, commencing today, July 6, 2023, is to assess the quality of service being delivered in the interest of the public.
The IGP is expected to visit the Amasaman Divisional Headquarters before proceeding to other stations across the region.
Accompanying him on the visit are some members of the Police Management Board from the National Headquarters.
Dr Dampare will also visit some indisposed officers who have been off-duty at various locations due to their health conditions.
The police administration, for some time now, has been assessing the general security situation in some parts of the country to ensure that there is law and orderliness in the country.
