Mortal Remains Of Sarfo Abrebrese Arrives In Ghana April 19

The remains of lawyer Sarfo Abrebrese are expected in Ghana from the US tomorrow Wednesday, April 19, 2023.

The body is expected to be received at the airport cargo by the family of the deceased and the COSUA brass band team in the evening.

The one-week observance will take place in Kumasi on April 21 at the Gyamfua Asenso Park, Asokwa.

The astute lawyer passed on to eternity peacefully in his sleep in Maryland, USA a few weeks ago.

The late Sarfo Abrebrese was the founder and president of the Coalition of Supporters Union Africa (COSUA).

The lawyer at the New York Bar left behind two daughters and two grandchildren.

COSUA is a Pan-African NGO operating as a partner to the African Union to use sports to build African unity.

The deceased used to be a soccer commentator in Ghana, a career that was preceded by time in Ghana Broadcasting Corporation as a television news reporter in the early 1990s.
