One person has died following a robbery attack on a block factory at Appolonia City, located in the Oyibi suburb of Accra.
The police have since launched an investigation into the incident that occurred on Saturday, October 14.
A statement from the police on Wednesday said about five robbers carried out the attack and bolted with an unspecified amount of money and mobile phones belonging to the victims.
The police confirmed that the deceased’s body had been transferred to the Police Hospital morgue for preservation and autopsy.
The police have assured the public that every effort will be made to capture the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
