Wendy Shay involved in a car crash
Award-winning Ghanaian artist, Wendy Shay is reported to have been involved in a car accident.
According to the report, the accident happened around midnight on Sunday, September 10 on the Kwabenya highway in Accra.
An eyewitness account has that the Rufftown Records signee had to swerve to avoid a collision with a tipper Truck, which led to crashing into a gutter and damaging her Jeep Wrangler.
Eyewitnesses at the scene are placing the blame on the tipper truck driver for reckless driving. It is not clear whether he escaped unhurt.
Meanwhile, Shay complained of a head injury, suggesting that she may have hit her head on an object during the accident.
Reports suggest she may have been sent to the hospital for treatment.
